Because my goal is to supply my clients with superior service, I have completed the requirements for three special designations; Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and e-PRO

The GRI is held by a select number of realtors  that have gone above and beyond the state and local requirements for licensing.

The SRES designation is only held by 14,000 realtors across the country.  It requires specialized training serving the real estate needs of seniors.

The e-PRO designation is for agents who have proven computer skills.  My goal is to respond to your e-mails and other electronic communications quickly.  I also advertise listings on the internet. 

Ask me about the marketing strategies I use to obtain the highest possible prices.  I believe that a combination of hard work and marketing skill exposes your home to a wide range of buyers.

For buyers, I listen to you and search until I find the perfect property to meet your needs.  Then we work together to negotiate a fair price for the property.
